About
Staging Vacation Homes

I’ve practiced design professionally for more than six years, but I’ve had an eye for great interiors for as long as I can remember. I am continually inspired by color, texture and balance.

My personal design style is best described as warm contemporary. I’ve had the good luck to travel all over the world, and I often draw inspiration from the colors and patterns I’ve seen over the course of those travels. I believe that a clean, sophisticated look can work in almost any space, but by introducing warm colors and layering textures, a space can transform into an inviting, relaxing environment. My personal goal is to work with my clients to create the kind of home that they walk into, and say: “Ahhhhhh….”

While I believe that key pieces should be invested in wisely, I love to find a good ‘bargain” piece. Not every client of mine shops at The Design Center, and not every client is on a strict budget; in my experience, budgets are usually as varied as personal styles! I am always up to the challenge of creating a great space without breaking the bank.

Design will always be my first passion, but real estate comes in at a close second. After purchasing my own home, I immediately knew that I wanted to incorporate real estate into the scope of SLN Stage + Design.

Over the years, I have invested in Vacation Rentals and immersed myself in Real Estate. I began designing my own units and was thrilled when I started to accumulate glowing reviews from guests. Other Vacation Rental owners started to take notice, and before I knew it, I was designing Vacation Rentals all over The Puget Sound! I am proud to say that – to the best of my knowledge – I am the only designer with my specialty in Western Washington.

I currently split my time between Seattle’s lively Belltown neighborhood and the lovely historical area of Kent, where I live with my husband, Darik and Boston Terrier puppy, ClaraBelle.
